The process starts with a quick appointment where we take digital scans or impressions to create trays that fit your mouth precisely. You’ll then use the gel at home, either overnight or for 1–2 hours during the day, depending on which option you choose.

What’s the process like?
We’ll start with a quick consultation to check your teeth and gums are healthy and suitable for whitening. If all’s well, we’ll take scans or impressions so your trays can be made. These are designed to fit your teeth exactly – which means better results, and no leaking gel.
Once your trays are ready (usually within a few days), we’ll show you how to use the Boutique Whitening gel and explain how long to wear it for. You’ll do the treatment at home, either for a couple of hours each day or overnight – depending on your lifestyle and preferences.
You’ll start to see changes in the first few days, with full results usually within two weeks. We’re always here if you have any questions, and you can top up in the future using the same trays with more gel.
